Vanilla pudding with fruit
Whether as a dessert, snack or for breakfast – low-histamine vanilla pudding with fruit is always a good option.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 pack of organic vanilla pudding
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 handful of grapes
- 1 handful of blackberries
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- approximately 0.75 liters of water or rice milk
- Cinnamon

preparation
- Cook the vanilla pudding according to the instructions and sweeten with maple syrup.
- Let it cool slightly and then garnish with the fruit and a little cinnamon.
