Cornflakes with nectarine and blueberries
When you need something quick, these low-histamine cornflakes with nectarine and blueberries are perfect. Crunchy, sweet, and fruity – and healthy too. Simply delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- Cornflakes (organic, gluten-free & without additives)
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 nectarine
- 2 handfuls of blueberries
- 400 ml hemp milk (organic)
- 2 tsp honey

preparation
- Fill a bowl with the cornflakes and flaxseed meal, wash the fruit, pit the nectarine and chop it into small pieces.
- Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy with cold hemp milk.
- If desired, add a little honey to refine the flavor.
