Cornflakes with nectarine and blueberries

When you need something quick, these low-histamine cornflakes with nectarine and blueberries are perfect. Crunchy, sweet, and fruity – and healthy too. Simply delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • Cornflakes (organic, gluten-free & without additives)
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 nectarine
  • 2 handfuls of blueberries
  • 400 ml hemp milk (organic)
  • 2 tsp honey
Recipe

preparation

  • Fill a bowl with the cornflakes and flaxseed meal, wash the fruit, pit the nectarine and chop it into small pieces.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy with cold hemp milk.
  • If desired, add a little honey to refine the flavor.
