Histamine is a natural component of many foods. However, how well these are tolerated varies from person to person. The body's own enzyme diamine oxidase (DAO) plays a key role in this process. It is involved in breaking down histamine from food. Individual enzyme activity can influence how well histamine-containing meals are tolerated.**

DaoFit contains diamine oxidase from high-quality pea sprout powder – a modern, plant-based alternative to animal enzyme sources. Each capsule provides 100,000 HDU enzyme activity, making it a particularly high-dose product.

DaoFit is ideally taken shortly before a histamine-containing meal and complements a conscious, low-histamine diet.

The formula is supplemented with vitamin C from acerola and quercetin.

Take 1-2 capsules daily with plenty of water about 15 minutes before a meal. Up to 3 capsules daily.

The intake of DaoFit during pregnancy/breastfeeding should always be discussed with a doctor, as DAO levels are naturally significantly elevated during pregnancy.

The convenient plug-in capsule can be opened if needed.
