MagnesiumFit is:

Take 4 capsules daily (2 in the morning/2 in the evening) after meals with sufficient liquid.

The convenient plug-in capsule can be opened if needed.

MagnesiumFit should only be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consulting a doctor or midwife.

Please always take all HistaNutri products (except DextroFit) with/after a meal.

If your stomach/intestines are very overloaded, it's best to start with ½ capsule. (You can open it, remove some of the contents, and close it again).

Please store the product in a dry place, protected from light and at a temperature below 25°C.
