Cancellation Policy
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HistaFit GmbH, Haasemannstr. 6, 30449 Hannover, Contact: info@histafood.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the product costs minus the shipping costs for outbound and return shipping without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the returned goods, provided they are unopened and in perfect condition. We will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to our shipping partner Wbv Distribution, c/o Wahl Logistik, 2nd Floor, Gildemeisterstr. 150, 33689 Bielefeld without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Return Labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we provide you with free return labels for your return shipment within Germany. The return label will be sent upon request. You can drop off your return at a parcel shop of the respective carrier in Germany.
100-Day Money-Back Guarantee Terms
In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as a consumer, we grant you the right to withdraw from your contractual declaration made to us within 100 days from the delivery date in text form (email).
Please send your withdrawal stating the reasons for the return by email to info@histafood.eu.
The guarantee only applies to the first order and only once per person.
A maximum of 3 products will be refunded after 100 days.
Opened products are excluded from return and will not be refunded. Products must be in their original condition and original packaging.
When returning a sealed product, we will send you a return label and refund 100% of the purchase price minus shipping costs for outbound and return shipping as well as a €5 processing fee.
Deviating from the statutory right of withdrawal, in the event of claiming the extended 100-day money-back guarantee, you bear the outbound and return shipping costs as well as the shipping risk.
The entitlement to a refund of the purchase price in the event of claiming the extended 100-day money-back guarantee only arises once the goods have arrived with us undamaged, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
