Carrot and yellow beet soup
Yellow is sexy – and healthy! This beautifully bright yellow-orange, low-histamine yellow beet and carrot soup provides a colorful and delicious change on the plate.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 6 carrots
- 2 yellow beets
- 1 onion (1)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 cloves of garlic (1)
- 1/2 tsp rock salt
- 500 ml water

preparation
- Peel the yellow beets and cook them together with carrots and the remaining ingredients in a pot of water for about 10 minutes.
- Then blend and enjoy.

You can also make this recipe with beetroot. If you don't have fresh beetroot, you can carefully try the pre-cooked version. A slice of organic whole-grain bread goes perfectly with the soup.
