Vegetable soup with meatballs
This low-histamine vegetable soup with meatballs is quick to prepare and warms you from the inside out – no matter the season.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 250 g minced beef
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1/2 head of broccoli
- 1 onion (1)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 cloves of garlic (1)
- 1/2 tsp rock salt

preparation
- Heat water in a pot, simultaneously chop the vegetables and form small balls from the minced meat.
- Then add the ingredients to the boiling water, season with salt and turmeric – and simmer with the lid closed for 5-10 minutes.
