Vegetable soup with meatballs

This low-histamine vegetable soup with meatballs is quick to prepare and warms you from the inside out – no matter the season.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 250 g minced beef
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1/2 head of broccoli
  • 1 onion (1)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 cloves of garlic (1)
  • 1/2 tsp rock salt
Recipe

preparation

  • Heat water in a pot, simultaneously chop the vegetables and form small balls from the minced meat.
  • Then add the ingredients to the boiling water, season with salt and turmeric – and simmer with the lid closed for 5-10 minutes.
