- 500ml water
- 70g millet semolina
- 1 jar of apple-peach puree (organic)
- pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch of cinnamon

preparation
- Cook the millet semolina porridge according to the instructions.
- Then refine with pumpkin seeds, cinnamon and the apple-peach puree.
- Sweeten with a little maple syrup if desired.
