Cucumber bites
With this recipe, you can whip up delicious low-histamine cucumber appetizers in no time. They are perfect as a side dish for barbecues, as a snack, or for a low-histamine buffet.

Ingredients for 1-2 people
- 1-2 cucumbers
- 1 red pointed pepper
- Sesame (1)
- Fresh parsley
Cauliflower Hummus
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 cloves of garlic (1)
- 2 tbsp tahini (1)
- 3 tablespoons acerola juice
- HistaFood Herb Salt
preparation
- Wash and trim the cauliflower, separate the florets from the stalk, and cook in a pot with 1 liter of water for about 10 minutes until tender.
- Wash the cucumbers and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Scoop out the inside with a small spoon.
- Wash the bell peppers and cut them into small pieces.
- Wash the parsley
- Drain the cauliflower and finely purée it with garlic, tahini, acerola juice and salt.
- Fill cucumbers with cauliflower hummus
- Garnish with bell peppers, parsley and sesame seeds.
