Date and nut medallions
These low-histamine date and nut cakes are quick to prepare and perfect as a snack or on the go. Simply delicious!

Ingredients for 2-3 people
- 10 Medjool dates
- 1 handful of chopped pistachios
- 1 handful of sesame seeds (1)
- 1 handful of chopped almonds (1)
- 1 handful of chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 handful of chia seeds
preparation
- Chop the nuts into small pieces
- Toast nuts, sesame seeds and chia seeds in a coated pan.
- Pit the dates and crush them with a fork.
- Knead the entire mixture together and shape it into a roll.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds or chopped pistachios as desired and press in.
- Slice and serve
