Potato dumplings with chard
With this recipe, you can easily prepare low-histamine gnocchi yourself. Today, we're serving them with Swiss chard.

Ingredients for 2-3 people
For the potato dumplings
- 500 g floury potatoes
- 250 g spelt flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 20ml olive oil for frying
Additionally
- Approx. 600g Swiss chard (1)
- 1 onion (1)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 75 ml HistaFood Organic Vegetable Broth
- Salt
- Olive oil
preparation
- Boil, peel, and mash the potatoes.
- Knead in the remaining ingredients to form a smooth dough.
- Shape into potato dumplings
- Wash, trim, and cut the Swiss chard into strips.
- Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
- In a coated pan, fry the gnocchi with a little olive oil over low heat.
- Stir occasionally
- Keep the potato dumplings warm with the lid closed.
- In another pan, sauté onion, garlic and chard in a little olive oil, stirring constantly, until the chard is slightly falling apart.
- Deglaze with 75 ml of HistaFood organic vegetable broth and season with salt if necessary.
- Mix the chard and gnocchi in a pan and serve.
