Blueberry Jam Bites

Hey Sweetie!
These low-histamine Jam Bites are fruity and tender on the inside and crisp and chocolatey on the outside! Perfect for a little sweet treat.

This recipe is

Preparation time

20 minutes + 1 hour cooling time

Ingredients for 2-3 people

  • 200g blueberries
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 50g maple syrup
  • 200g white chocolate (1)

preparation

  • Wash the blueberries and mash them with a fork (if you want it creamier, you can also blend the blueberries in a blender).
  • Mix chia seeds, maple syrup and blueberries and let it soak for 15 minutes.
  • Stir well after 15 minutes and place on a flat plate with baking paper.
  • Spoon the blueberry cream onto the baking paper to form small rounds and freeze for about 1 hour.
  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath and coat the frozen blueberry cookies with chocolate on both sides.
  • Place it back in the freezer briefly and let the chocolate harden.
