Pan focaccia
These low-histamine pan-fried focaccines with spring onions are so crispy and delicious! Enjoy them as a snack, a meal to go, or for lunch with a salad.

Preparation time
20 minutes
Ingredients for 2 focaccines:
- 200g spelt flour
- 110ml hot (not boiling) water
- 1 tsp cooking olive oil
- Salt
- 4 small spring onions (1)
Dip:
- 4 tbsp HistaFood Organic Asian Sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

preparation
- Knead spelt flour, water and salt into a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into two and roll each out thinly on a floured work surface.
- Cut the spring onion into rings and fry them in a coated pan with a little olive oil until crispy.
- Fill the dough with spring onions, roll it up and shape it into a snail.
- Press everything down firmly and roll it out a little more.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the focaccia over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with a dip made from HistaFood organic Asian sauce and sesame seeds
