Broccoli salad
This low-histamine broccoli salad with pomegranate seeds, apples and a delicious dressing made from coconut yogurt and acerola juice is simply delicious and quick to prepare.

Ingredients for 2-3 people
- 1 broccoli
- 1 handful of pomegranate seeds
- 1 handful of chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 onion (1)
- 1 apple
- 200 g coconut yogurt (1)
- 3 tablespoons acerola juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
preparation
- Remove the broccoli from the stalk and wash.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces
- Remove the seeds from the pomegranate
- Peel and finely chop the onion.
- Cut the apple into cubes
- Put everything in a salad bowl.
- Mix together coconut yogurt, acerola juice, olive oil and HistaFood organic herb salt to make a salad dressing and toss with the salad.
