Broccoli salad

This low-histamine broccoli salad with pomegranate seeds, apples and a delicious dressing made from coconut yogurt and acerola juice is simply delicious and quick to prepare.

Ingredients for 2-3 people

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 handful of pomegranate seeds
  • 1 handful of chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 onion (1)
  • 1 apple
  • 200 g coconut yogurt (1)
  • 3 tablespoons acerola juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • HistaFood Organic Herb Salt

preparation

  • Remove the broccoli from the stalk and wash.
  • Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Remove the seeds from the pomegranate
  • Peel and finely chop the onion.
  • Cut the apple into cubes
  • Put everything in a salad bowl.
  • Mix together coconut yogurt, acerola juice, olive oil and HistaFood organic herb salt to make a salad dressing and toss with the salad.
