Quince carpaccio with burrata
This delicious appetizer will delight you and your guests: A deliciously fruity quince carpaccio with finely creamy burrata.

Ingredients for 1 person
- 1 large quince
- 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
- 1 Burrata
- A handful of chopped macadamia nuts
- Some fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp acerola juice

preparation
- Peel the quince and cut it into thin slices.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the quince slices on both sides.
- Serve with burrata, chopped macadamia nuts and some fresh, chopped parsley.
- Serve with acerola juice and a little HistaFood organic herb salt.
