Quince carpaccio with burrata

This delicious appetizer will delight you and your guests: A deliciously fruity quince carpaccio with finely creamy burrata.  

This recipe is

Preparation time   

10 minutes  

Ingredients for 1 person  

  • 1 large quince  
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking  
  • 1 Burrata  
  • A handful of chopped macadamia nuts  
  • Some fresh parsley  

Quince carpaccio with burrata preparation  

  • Peel the quince and cut it into thin slices.  
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the quince slices on both sides.  
  • Serve with burrata, chopped macadamia nuts and some fresh, chopped parsley.  
  • Serve with acerola juice and a little HistaFood organic herb salt.

Instead of burrata, fresh goat cheese also goes perfectly with it.
