Pancakes with quark and berries
Everyone loves pancakes for breakfast!
This recipe is

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 250 g gluten-free oat flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 300 ml milk
- 2 tbsp rice syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- Butter for frying
- 100g low-fat quark
- 1 handful of blackberries or blueberries (here frozen)
- Quick Berry Jam (recipe on website)
Fittingly,

preparation
- Mix the gluten-free oat flour together with the milk, the egg yolk, a pinch of salt, cinnamon and the rice syrup.
- Then heat some butter in a pan and bake the pancake until golden brown.
- Enjoy with quark and quick berry jam and a handful of blackberries or blueberries.
