- 2 yellow turnips
- olive oil

preparation
- Wash the turnips and cut off the top part, then place them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 60 minutes.
- Then hollow out the inside, mix it with coconut yogurt (1), olive oil, and coriander, and season with a little organic herb salt . Delicious!
