Oatmeal fritters
Oatmeal patties are a great alternative to classic ground beef patties: they're vegan, low in histamine, and easy to prepare. So, are you hungry yet?

Preparation time

Ingredients for 1-2 people
- 120g Gluten-free rolled oats
- ½ onion (1)
- 1 tsp flax seeds or chia seeds
- 180 ml boiling water
- Olive oil
- Some fresh parsley
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- Salt
- ½ tsp HistaFood Organic Vegetable Broth
preparation
- Peel and finely chop the onion.
- Finely chop the parsley
- Mix all the dry ingredients together and pour on boiling water.
- Stir and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
- Stir again after 5 minutes, form into meatballs, and brush with olive oil.
- Grill/pan-fry until crispy on both sides.
