Potato peel chips

Did you know you can make super crispy, low-histamine chips from potato peels? Perfect for your next cozy evening on the couch. Soooo delicious!

This recipe is   

  • vegan
  • suitable for a low-histamine diet  
  • gluten-free
  • lactose-free  

Preparation time   

10 minutes + 15-20 minutes baking time  

Ingredients for 1-2 people 

  • Organic potato peels  
  • 1 tsp paprika powder  
  • ½ tsp dried oregano  
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking  

Potato peel chips preparation   

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).  
  • Mix potato peels with paprika powder, dried oregano and cooking olive oil.  
  • Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes until crispy.  

Our HistaFood tip 

For a low-fructose version, simply omit the paprika powder.
