Potato peel chips
Did you know you can make super crispy, low-histamine chips from potato peels? Perfect for your next cozy evening on the couch. Soooo delicious!

Ingredients for 1-2 people
- Organic potato peels
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
- A little HistaFood organic herb salt
preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).
- Mix potato peels with paprika powder, dried oregano and cooking olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from the oven and season with a little HistaFood organic herb salt.

For a low-fructose version, simply omit the paprika powder.
