Frozen Yogurt Bars
These low-histamine frozen yogurt bars with a berry bar topping offer a refreshing treat for hot days. Definitely give them a try!

Ingredients for 1-2 people
- 400g coconut yogurt (1)
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup (alternatively rice syrup for a low-fructose version)
- 1 HistaFood Organic Berry Bar
- Coconut flakes (1)
preparation
- Mix coconut yogurt (1) in a bowl with maple syrup and spread on a plate lined with baking paper.
- Finely chop HistaFood organic berry bars and distribute them with coconut flakes (1) on the yogurt.
- Freeze in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and serve
