Frozen Yogurt Bars

These low-histamine frozen yogurt bars with a berry bar topping offer a refreshing treat for hot days. Definitely give them a try!

This recipe is

Preparation time 

10 minutes  

Ingredients for 1-2 people 

  • 400g coconut yogurt (1)
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup (alternatively rice syrup for a low-fructose version)  
  • 1 HistaFood Organic Berry Bar  
  • Coconut flakes (1)

Frozen Yogurt Bars Histamine preparation 

  • Mix coconut yogurt (1) in a bowl with maple syrup and spread on a plate lined with baking paper.  
  • Finely chop HistaFood organic berry bars and distribute them with coconut flakes (1) on the yogurt.  
  • Freeze in the freezer for 2-3 hours.  
  • Remove from the freezer and serve

You can top the yogurt bars with any low-histamine ingredients such as blueberries, almonds (1) or pistachios, or add some almond butter (1) or tahini (1).
