Broccoli bread
With this recipe, you can conjure up a super delicious gluten-free and low-histamine broccoli bread in just 15 minutes, which you can top as you like.

Preparation time
5 minutes + 10 minutes baking time
Ingredients for 1-2 people
- 100g broccoli
- 50g almond flour (1)
- 2 egg yolks
- 10g grated mozzarella
- ½ tsp cream of tartar baking powder
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
- Olive oil
- A handful of pumpkin seeds & flax seeds
To prove
- ½ jar of HistaFood organic vegetable spread , carrot & beetroot
- Cottage cheese

preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).
- Blend broccoli, almond flour, egg yolks, mozzarella, cream of tartar baking powder and HistaFood organic herb salt.
- Grease an ovenproof dish with a little olive oil and spread the mixture in it.
- Top with pumpkin seeds and flax seeds
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cut in half.
- Toast the bread in a toaster or in a pan until crispy on both sides and top as desired.
