Spelt lasagna

This low-histamine spelt lasagna is perfect for anyone who loves pasta and casseroles. It doesn't get much more "dolce vita" than this. Buon appetito!

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • Spelt lasagna sheets
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 spring onions (1)
  • 1 Ricotta
  • 250g minced beef
  • 150g grated mozzarella
  • HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
  • Italian herbs
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking

preparation

  • Roughly chop the vegetables and cook them in a pot with 200 ml of water for 5 minutes, then season with Italian herbs and organic herb salt and puree.
  • Briefly fry the minced meat in a pan with a little oil.
  • Layer the lasagna sheets alternately with the minced meat, ricotta and the sauce, finally distribute the grated mozzarella on top and bake for a good 30-40 minutes at 190 degrees in a preheated oven.

For a vegetarian version, simply use a little more sauce and cheese.
