Zoodles with bell pepper and cream cheese sauce

These low-histamine zoodles with bell pepper and cream cheese sauce are quick to prepare and delicious.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 pack of gluten-free oat cream cheese (1)
  • 200 ml water
  • 2-3 sprigs of thyme
  • HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
  • Olive oil
  • 1 piece of vegan coconut-based cheese (1)
Recipe

preparation

  • Use a spiralizer to shape the zucchini and steam it in a pot with a little water for 2 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, briefly sauté the bell peppers in a pan with olive oil and then purée them together with some thyme, organic herb salt and the gluten-free oat cream cheese (1).
  • Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with vegan cheese and thyme.
