Crispy Asian Rice Cakes

Have you heard about this delicious food trend: homemade, crispy rice cakes? A tasty rice cake filled with your choice of ingredients. We've created an Asian-inspired version. A real eye-catcher and delicious at the same time! 

This recipe is  

  • suitable for a low-histamine diet 
  • gluten-free
  • lactose-free
  • vegan  

Preparation time  

20 minutes 

Ingredients for 2-3 people 

  • Sesame (1)
  • Salt 
  • some parsley 

Homemade Asian rice cakes (histamine) preparation 

  • Cook 100g of basmati rice according to the package instructions. 
  • Brush the waffle iron with a little olive oil and spread basmati rice in it. 
  • Fry on medium heat for approximately 5-8 minutes. 
  • Wash, clean, and cut the bell peppers into thin strips. 
  • Sear in a pan with a little olive oil for cooking
