Low Carb Cauliflower Nachos
With this low-histamine recipe, you can conjure up vegetarian and low-carbohydrate cauliflower nachos for any occasion.

Ingredients for 2-3 people
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 spring onions (1)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 200g grated mozzarella or young Gouda
- Olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt

preparation
- Preheat oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat).
- Clean the cauliflower, remove the stalk, cut into florets and wash.
- Place cauliflower florets on a baking sheet and season with olive oil, paprika powder and HistaFood organic herb salt.
- Mix everything well and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Wash, clean, and finely dice the bell peppers.
- Wash the spring onion and cut it into fine rings.
- Remove the cauliflower florets from the oven.
- Distribute grated cheese, bell peppers and spring onions evenly on the baking sheet and bake again for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve with HistaFood organic vegetable spread.

You can also prepare the cauliflower nachos with meat. For this, you can cut about 200g of chicken breast fillet into small cubes, sear it in a pan with olive oil, and add it during the second cooking process.
