Especially with histamine intolerance and other intolerances, the gut is often at the center of one's (dis)comfort.

For example, the gut also plays an important role in histamine metabolism, because histamine from food is broken down in the gut by the enzyme diamine oxidase (DAO).

But if the gut flora is disturbed, it can happen that DAO does not work properly – and histamine cannot be broken down normally.

Therefore, with food intolerances, it is best to pay attention to a diet optimally tailored to your own needs and to supply your gut with important nutrients.

Our DarmFit set consists of:

1x Organic BioticFit – 8 high-quality bacterial strains, organic pumpkin seed protein & vitamin C from acerola

1x MucosaFit – Vitamins A, C, D, E, K, niacin, biotin, zinc, fennel, L-glutamine & omega-3 fatty acids (ALA) from flaxseed powder

1x DaoFit – vegan DAO enzyme with vitamin C from acerola & quercetin

The DarmFit set is:

Bio BioticFit: Take 2 capsules daily in the morning after breakfast with sufficient liquid.

MucosaFit: Take 2 capsules daily (1x in the morning / 1x in the evening) after meals with sufficient liquid.

DaoFit: Take 1-2 capsules daily approximately 15 minutes before a meal with sufficient liquid. Up to 3 capsules daily.

Bio BioticFit & MucosaFit are generally suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. However, intake during these phases should be discussed with a doctor.

The intake of DaoFit during pregnancy/breastfeeding should always be discussed with a doctor, as DAO is naturally significantly elevated during pregnancy.

Please always take all HistaNutri products (except DextroFit) with/after a meal. See dosage schedule.

If your stomach/intestines are very strained, it is best to start with ½ capsule. (You can open it, remove some, and close it again).

Note: For our Bio BioticFit, we use gastric-resistant capsules. These should not be opened so that the content is only released where it is needed – in the intestines.
