Zucchini tart

You absolutely must try this low-histamine zucchini tart. The combination of goat cheese, honey, and delicate shortcrust pastry will enchant you!

For the shortcrust pastry

  • 100g soft butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 300 g spelt flour
  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.
  • Cut the zucchini into thin slices and bake for about 10 minutes.
  • Pour honey in four circles onto the baking paper and sprinkle with sesame seeds (1).
  • Place the zucchini slices on top along with the goat cheese.
  • Roll out the shortcrust pastry thinly, cut it into 4 pieces and place them on the tarts.
  • Prick the dough with a fork and bake for about 25 minutes, then turn the tarts over. Serve with burrata, basil, and, if desired, the organic zucchini & basil vegetable spread .
