Zucchini tart
You absolutely must try this low-histamine zucchini tart. The combination of goat cheese, honey, and delicate shortcrust pastry will enchant you!

Ingredients for 2 servings
For the shortcrust pastry
- 100g soft butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 300 g spelt flour
- 1 pinch of salt
For the filling
- 2 zucchini
- 50 g young goat cheese
- Honey
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
- Sesame (1)
For the topping
- 1 Burrata
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh basil
- Optional: HistaFood Organic Vegetable Spread Zucchini & Basil

preparation
- Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.
- Cut the zucchini into thin slices and bake for about 10 minutes.
- Pour honey in four circles onto the baking paper and sprinkle with sesame seeds (1).
- Place the zucchini slices on top along with the goat cheese.
- Roll out the shortcrust pastry thinly, cut it into 4 pieces and place them on the tarts.
- Prick the dough with a fork and bake for about 25 minutes, then turn the tarts over. Serve with burrata, basil, and, if desired, the organic zucchini & basil vegetable spread .
