Potato waffles

These low-histamine potato waffles are a delicious, savory option for any occasion. They are quick and easy to prepare and are sure to please the whole family.

Ingredients for 5 servings

  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 50 g vegan cheese (1)
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
Recipe

  • Wash the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
  • Set the waffle iron to medium heat and grease it with cooking olive oil.
  • Arrange the potatoes in a thin, overlapping layer in the waffle iron, then season with paprika powder, turmeric powder and a little salt.
  • Spread some vegan cheese (1) over the top and then spread another thin, overlapping layer of potatoes over the top.
  • Season these as well and spread some vegan cheese (1) over them.
  • Close the waffle iron and after about 5-6 minutes carefully open it and take out the potato waffle.
  • Serve with rosemary.
