Colorful coconut fruit skewers
Looking for a delicious low-histamine snack or a light breakfast alternative for hot summer days? Then you absolutely must try these fruity coconut skewers!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- ½ Cantaloupe melon
- 1 apple
- 1 mango (1)
- A few blueberries
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut (1)
Additionally you will need
- cookie cutters

preparation
- Wash and slice the fruit of your choice.
- Cut out shapes using any cookie cutter or an apple corer and place them on a wooden skewer.
- Garnish with coconut flakes (1) and blueberries and serve preferably cold.
