Zoodles Bolognese
An Italian classic in a low-histamine and reduced-carbohydrate version. Quick to prepare and always delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 2 yellow zucchini
- 250 g minced beef
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 onion (1)
- 1 carrot
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 cloves of garlic (1)
- frying olive oil
- 5 sprigs of thyme
- 5 sprigs of oregano
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
- grated mozzarella
- 300 ml water

preparation
- Chop the vegetables into small pieces, fry the onion and the minced meat in a pot with olive oil until browned, then add the remaining vegetables and deglaze with water.
- Refine with organic herb salt and herbs.
- Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding more water if needed.
- Use a spiralizer to shape the zucchini and briefly fry it in a pan with a little olive oil.
- Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with some fresh thyme, organic herb salt and mozzarella.
