  • 100g gluten-free oat flour
  • 50g gluten-free rolled oats
  • 30 g psyllium husks
  • 20 g flaxseed
  • 6 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 4 tbsp flaxseed flour
  • 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 400 ml water

  • Mix all ingredients together and let them soak for 10 minutes.
  • Then line a baking tin with baking paper, pour in the dough and bake for about 60 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.
