This low-histamine pistachio chocolate is completely vegan and will make every sweet tooth's heart beat a little faster.

preparation

  • Melt the cocoa butter dops together with the coconut oil in a water bath.
  • Then add the coconut blossom sugar and some organic protein spread .
  • Refine with finely chopped pistachios, fill into 2-3 ice cube trays and let set in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
  • Enjoy cold.

Instead of pistachios, you can also use almonds (1) or dried fruit, for example.
