Spelt waffles with blueberry quark
Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a hint of cinnamon – topped with delicious, fruity blueberry quark. This low-histamine and low-fructose waffle is perfect for a leisurely breakfast.

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 300g spelt flour
- 250ml oat milk (1)
- 1 packet of cream of tartar baking powder
- 50 ml rapeseed oil
- 3 egg yolks
- 50g dextrose
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 250g quark
- 150g blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 50g dextrose

preparation
- Mix all the ingredients for the waffles together, then prepare the waffles in a waffle iron.
- Meanwhile, puree the blueberries together with some dextrose and the quark.
- Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with a little dextrose and fresh blueberries.
