Spelt waffles with blueberry quark

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a hint of cinnamon – topped with delicious, fruity blueberry quark. This low-histamine and low-fructose waffle is perfect for a leisurely breakfast.

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 300g spelt flour
  • 250ml oat milk (1)
  • 1 packet of cream of tartar baking powder
  • 50 ml rapeseed oil
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 50g dextrose
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 250g quark
  • 150g blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 50g dextrose

preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients for the waffles together, then prepare the waffles in a waffle iron.
  • Meanwhile, puree the blueberries together with some dextrose and the quark.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with a little dextrose and fresh blueberries.
