Vegan minced meat

Anyone who misses raw minced pork on a low-histamine or vegan diet should definitely try this recipe: Vegan Raw Minced Pork  

This recipe is

Preparation time   

20 minutes  

Ingredients for 1-2 people 

  • 80g unsalted rice cakes  
  • 250 ml water  
  • 1 tsp paprika powder  
  • 1 tsp salt  

Topping  

  • Chives (1)  
  • radish  

Vegan meatloaf with histamine

preparation   

  • Roughly crumble the rice cakes  
  • Mix well with water, paprika powder, salt, HistaFood organic vegetable spread and olive oil, cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.  
  • Remove from the refrigerator, stir well again and serve with HistaFood organic seeded bread, chives and radishes.
