Vegan potato gratin
This low-histamine and vegan potato gratin is easy to prepare and can be enjoyed as a main course or side dish.

Ingredients for 2-3 servings
- 0.5 kg potatoes (preferably waxy)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 100 ml gluten-free oat cream (1)
- 100 ml gluten-free oat milk (1)
- 1 tbsp HistaFood Organic Vegetable Broth
- 25ml olive oil for frying

preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).
- Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
- Peel the garlic clove, rub it into the casserole dish and chop it finely.
- Grease the casserole dish with a little cooking olive oil.
- Mix together oat cuisine, oat milk, olive oil for frying, garlic and HistaFood organic vegetable broth.
- Layer the potato slices in the casserole dish and pour over the gluten-free oat milk mixture.
- Bake the gratin in the oven for about 60 minutes.
