Vegan Ramen
We've adapted this popular Asian soup for you to be low-histamine: Ramen. So simple and delicious!

Ingredients
- 300 ml HistaFood Organic Vegetable Broth
- 150g wholegrain rice ramen or rice noodles
- 1 carrot
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 spring onion (1)
- A little fresh coriander

preparation
- Cook whole grain rice ramen or rice noodles according to package instructions.
- Bring 300 ml of HistaFood organic vegetable broth to a boil in a pot.
- Wash, peel and finely grate the carrot.
- Wash the zucchini, quarter lengthwise and cut into thin slices.
- Wash the spring onion and cut it into fine rings.
- Wash the coriander and remove the leaves from the stem.
- Place HistaFood organic vegetable broth in a soup bowl, then arrange the noodles and vegetables and serve immediately.
