Vegan pancakes with cinnamon apples
These low-histamine pancakes are super fluffy and delicious! Add some tasty cinnamon apples – and you have a heavenly low-histamine breakfast!

Ingredients for 1 person
- 75g spelt flour
- 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
- 40g coconut yogurt (1)
- 60ml oat milk (1)
- 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- coconut oil
- 1 apple
- Cinnamon
- Maple syrup
preparation
- Peel the apple and cut it into small cubes.
- Heat in a pot with cinnamon and a splash of water.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes, then set the pot aside with the lid closed.
- Mix spelt flour, cream of tartar baking powder, coconut yogurt (1), oat milk (1) and coconut blossom sugar to form a dough.
- Heat some coconut oil in a pan and bake the pancakes one after the other on both sides.
- Serve with the cinnamon apples and maple syrup.
