Vegan pancakes with cinnamon apples

These low-histamine pancakes are super fluffy and delicious! Add some tasty cinnamon apples – and you have a heavenly low-histamine breakfast!

Ingredients for 1 person 

  • 75g spelt flour 
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder 
  • 40g coconut yogurt (1)
  • 60ml oat milk (1)
  • 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar 
  • coconut oil 
  • 1 apple 
  • Cinnamon 
  • Maple syrup 

Vegan pancakes with cinnamon apples preparation 

  • Peel the apple and cut it into small cubes. 
  • Heat in a pot with cinnamon and a splash of water. 
  • Simmer for about 5 minutes, then set the pot aside with the lid closed. 
  • Mix spelt flour, cream of tartar baking powder, coconut yogurt (1), oat milk (1) and coconut blossom sugar to form a dough. 
  • Heat some coconut oil in a pan and bake the pancakes one after the other on both sides. 
  • Serve with the cinnamon apples and maple syrup.
