Rice and apple fritters
These vegan rice and apple fritters are guaranteed to delight the whole family. They're perfect as a dessert, a sweet lunch, or a snack on the go.

Ingredients for 2-3 people
- 150g Basmati rice
- 50g rice pudding
- 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 400ml water
- 2 apples
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- coconut oil
Dip:
- applesauce or almond butter (1)

preparation
- Cook basmati rice and rice pudding with 400ml of water and then let it cool slightly.
- Wash, peel and finely grate the apples.
- Knead together the rice, apples, cornstarch and coconut blossom sugar, then form into small fritters.
- Heat coconut oil in a coated pan and fry the fritters until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with almond or applesauce.
