Vegan gummy bears
Fancy a fruity snack that's completely free of animal products? These vegan gummy bears are super quick and easy to make yourself! They're perfect for a movie night with your loved ones or simply for snacking anytime.

Preparation time
10 minutes + 3-4 hours cooling
Ingredients
- 100ml blackcurrant juice
- 3 tablespoons of beet sugar
- 3 tsp agar-agar powder
- 100 ml apple juice
- 100 ml grape juice

preparation
- Mix blackcurrant juice with 1 tablespoon of beet sugar and 1 teaspoon of agar-agar powder in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 2 minutes and then shape as desired.
- Repeat the process with apple juice and grape juice.
- Place the molds in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours until the gummy bears harden.
- Then remove from the mold and serve.
