Savoy cabbage and minced meat stir-fry with potatoes
This pointed cabbage and ground beef skillet is not only incredibly delicious, but also perfect for a low-histamine, lactose-free, and gluten-free diet. With this recipe, you can create a warming meal that the whole family will love.

Ingredients
- 500 g pointed cabbage
- 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
- 250 g ground beef
- 1 onion (1)
- 1 clove of garlic (1)
- 1 jar of HistaFood organic vegetable spread, carrot & beetroot
- 250 ml HistaFood Organic Vegetable Broth
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Salt
- ½ bunch of parsley
- 600 g firm-cooking potatoes

preparation
- Wash, clean, and cut the pointed cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel and dice the onion and garlic.
- Wash and finely chop the parsley.
- Peel and quarter the potatoes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic in it.
- Add the minced meat and brown it as well.
- Add pointed cabbage, potatoes, parsley, salt, paprika powder, and HistaFood organic vegetable spread and stir well.
- Deglaze with HistaFood organic vegetable broth and simmer with the lid on over medium heat for about 20-30 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve warm
