Vegan pumpkin quiche

Today we have a delicious vegan quiche recipe for you that's low in histamine and gluten-free. We're using our HistaFood Organic Seeded Bread for the base. Be sure to try it!

15 minutes + 40-50 minutes baking time   

Ingredients  

Vegan pumpkin quiche arranged on a plate

preparation  

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).  
  • Mix HistaFood organic grain bread mix in a bowl with 450 ml of cold water.  
  • Let it steep briefly  
  • Line a round baking pan with baking paper.  
  • Spread the dough evenly in the pan, making sure to form a rim.  
  • Mix HistaFood Organic Vegetable Spread with Oat Cream Cheese (1), HistaFood Organic Vegetable Broth and Olive Oil  
  • Spread evenly over the dough  
  • Wash, peel, and thinly slice the Hokkaido pumpkin.  
  • Spread evenly over the quiche  
  • Brush the pumpkin with a little olive oil  
  • Sprinkle with thyme and bake in a preheated oven for approximately 40-50 minutes.  
  • Remove from the oven and serve warm or cold.
