Tropical Rice Pudding
This low-histamine and gluten-free rice pudding will brighten your morning with vibrant colors, tropical fruits and a hint of coconut.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 150 g rice pudding
- 400 ml coconut milk (1)
- 2 tbsp dragon fruit powder
- 1-2 persimmons
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon

preparation
- Cook the rice pudding according to the instructions using the coconut milk (1).
- Then stir in the maple syrup, cinnamon, and dragon fruit powder.
- Arrange the rice pudding, cut the persimmon into small pieces and add it.
