Tropical Rice Pudding

This low-histamine and gluten-free rice pudding will brighten your morning with vibrant colors, tropical fruits and a hint of coconut.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 150 g rice pudding
  • 400 ml coconut milk (1)
  • 2 tbsp dragon fruit powder
  • 1-2 persimmons
  • 6 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Cook the rice pudding according to the instructions using the coconut milk (1).
  • Then stir in the maple syrup, cinnamon, and dragon fruit powder.
  • Arrange the rice pudding, cut the persimmon into small pieces and add it.
