Stuffed peppers with feta and cauliflower rice
This low-histamine stuffed pepper with vegan feta and cauliflower rice is perfect for anyone who prefers a gluten-free and low-carb diet. Spices like turmeric, coriander, and black cumin give it a delicate Asian touch. Delicious, right?!

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 pack of vegan feta (1)
- 1/2 cauliflower
- Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp black cumin seeds
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
- Fresh herbs (here Thai coriander)

preparation
- Wash the bell peppers, cut off the top part and remove the seeds.
- Fill the peppers with the vegan feta (1) and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Place in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, finely grate the cauliflower and fry it in a pan with a little olive oil, turmeric, black cumin and organic herb salt .
- Arrange everything on a plate and garnish with Thai coriander.
