Tiramisu

This low-histamine and gluten-free tiramisu is perfect for anyone who loves Italian classics. And it's caffeine-free, too. Ciao Bella!

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 1 Mascarpone
  • 4 tablespoons of icing sugar
  • 2 double decaffeinated espressos (organic)
  • Oatcakes (gluten-free)
  • Almond slivers (1)
Recipe

preparation

  • Crush the oat biscuits and put them in a glass, then add 1 decaffeinated espresso.
  • Mix the remaining espresso with the mascarpone and the powdered sugar.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with almond slivers.
  • Then place in the refrigerator for at least half an hour and enjoy cold.

Our HistaFood tip

If you can't tolerate decaffeinated espresso, you can use a fruit puree as an alternative. For example, apple-mango or apricot. Our organic apricot fruit spread would make an excellent topping for it.
