Sweet semolina muffins

With this recipe you can quickly bake delicious semolina muffins that the whole family will love! 

This recipe is   

  • suitable for a low-histamine diet 
  • vegetarian 

Preparation time   

10 minutes + 25-30 minutes baking time 

Ingredients for 6 muffins 

  • 350 g quark  
  • 30 g spelt semolina
  • 2 egg yolks  
  • 30 ml milk  
  • Vanilla (1)  
  • 80 g beet sugar

preparation  

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).  
  • Mix together quark, spelt semolina and egg yolk  
  • Add egg yolks, milk, vanilla and beet sugar.  
  • Mix everything together well and distribute evenly into the muffin tins.  
  • Top with chopped HistaFood organic grain bars , blueberries, mango or other ingredients of your choice.  
  • Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes.  
  • Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.  

Our HistaFood tip  

For a gluten-free version, you can replace the spelt semolina with rice semolina.
