Chicken nuggets

The whole family will love these delicious low-histamine chicken nuggets!

This recipe is   

  • suitable for a low-histami diet 
  • gluten-free 
  • lactose-free 

Preparation time   

25 minutes 

Ingredients for approximately 12 pieces 

  • 2 chicken breast fillets  
  • 1 small potato  
  • ½ small onion (1)  
  • 1 level teaspoon of salt  
  • 1 tsp starch (potato or corn)  

Dip:  

Chicken nuggets histamine preparation  

  • Cut chicken breast fillets into small pieces and finely puree them in a blender with potatoes, onion, salt and starch.  
  • Shape into nuggets and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.  
  • Turn the nuggets over after about 6-7 minutes.  
  • Alternatively, you can also prepare the nuggets in an air fryer (200°C – 15 minutes) or in a pan with a little olive oil.  
  • Mix HistaFood Organic Vegetable Spread Carrot & Beetroot , yogurt and salt to make a dip and serve with the nuggets.

Potato wedges go perfectly with this. For a bit more crunch, you can also coat the nuggets with gluten-free rolled oats and/or cornflakes.
