Chicken nuggets
The whole family will love these delicious low-histamine chicken nuggets!
This recipe is

Preparation time
25 minutes
Ingredients for approximately 12 pieces
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 small potato
- ½ small onion (1)
- 1 level teaspoon of salt
- 1 tsp starch (potato or corn)
Dip:
- 2 tbsp HistaFood Organic Vegetable Spread Carrot & Beetroot
- 2 tbsp lactose-free natural yogurt (1)
- Salt
preparation
- Cut chicken breast fillets into small pieces and finely puree them in a blender with potatoes, onion, salt and starch.
- Shape into nuggets and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
- Turn the nuggets over after about 6-7 minutes.
- Alternatively, you can also prepare the nuggets in an air fryer (200°C – 15 minutes) or in a pan with a little olive oil.
- Mix HistaFood Organic Vegetable Spread Carrot & Beetroot , yogurt and salt to make a dip and serve with the nuggets.

Potato wedges go perfectly with this. For a bit more crunch, you can also coat the nuggets with gluten-free rolled oats and/or cornflakes.
