Sweet breakfast pizza
Today we have a delicious low-histamine breakfast for you: a breakfast pizza with fresh fruit and coconut yogurt.

Preparation time
10 minutes + baking time 20-25 minutes
Ingredients for 2 people
- 100g grated apple
- 100g coconut yogurt (1)
- 50g apple puree
- 50g HistaFood organic grain muesli
- ½ tsp flaxseed flour
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Topping:
- A handful of blueberries
- 1 persimmon
- Coconut chips (1)
- Sliced almonds (1)

preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).
- Mix HistaFood organic grain muesli with grated apple, apple puree, flaxseed flour, agave syrup and cinnamon.
- Shape into a pizza on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool.
- Cut the pizza into quarters and spread coconut yogurt (1) evenly over them.
- Top with blueberries, persimmon, coconut chips (1) and almonds and serve.

You can vary the topping as you like and also use low-histamine nut butters such as macadamia, almond (1) or pistachio. Always try something new.
