Savoy cabbage stir-fry with beetroot rice
This low-histamine pointed cabbage stir-fry with beetroot rice not only creates a beautiful play of colors on the plate, but also offers a great taste experience.

Ingredients for 2 servings
- 150g Basmati rice
- 150 ml beetroot juice
- 200 ml water
- 1 pointed cabbage
- 1/2 tsp ground caraway
- 100 ml gluten-free oat cream (1)
- Olive oil
- HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
- Spring onion (1)

preparation
- Cook the rice according to the instructions using water and beetroot juice.
- Meanwhile, finely chop the pointed cabbage and fry it in a pan with a little olive oil, organic herb salt and caraway seeds.
- Then deglaze with the gluten-free oat cream (1).
- Sauté briefly.
- Arrange everything on a plate, garnish with spring onion (1) and enjoy.
