Savoy cabbage stir-fry with beetroot rice

This low-histamine pointed cabbage stir-fry with beetroot rice not only creates a beautiful play of colors on the plate, but also offers a great taste experience.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 150g Basmati rice
  • 150 ml beetroot juice
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 pointed cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp ground caraway
  • 100 ml gluten-free oat cream (1)
  • Olive oil
  • HistaFood Organic Herb Salt
  • Spring onion (1)
Savoy cabbage stir-fry with beetroot rice

preparation

  • Cook the rice according to the instructions using water and beetroot juice.
  • Meanwhile, finely chop the pointed cabbage and fry it in a pan with a little olive oil, organic herb salt and caraway seeds.
  • Then deglaze with the gluten-free oat cream (1).
  • Sauté briefly.
  • Arrange everything on a plate, garnish with spring onion (1) and enjoy.
