Spelt and quark rolls

The aroma of fresh bread rolls makes every breakfast a real treat! These low-histamine spelt and quark rolls are beautifully fluffy inside and crispy on the outside – and ready in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 300g spelt flour
  • 100ml water
  • 1 packet of cream of tartar baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 250g quark

  • Mix the ingredients, form four rolls and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  • Enjoy warm.
