Spelt and quark rolls
The aroma of fresh bread rolls makes every breakfast a real treat! These low-histamine spelt and quark rolls are beautifully fluffy inside and crispy on the outside – and ready in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 300g spelt flour
- 100ml water
- 1 packet of cream of tartar baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 250g quark
Fittingly,
- Organic Protein Spread Pumpkin Seed & Pistachio
- Organic Apricot Fruit Spread
- Organic Vegetable Spread Zucchini & Basil
- Organic vegetable spread, carrot & beetroot (not low in fructose)

preparation
- Mix the ingredients, form four rolls and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Enjoy warm.
