Millet pudding with apple and cinnamon

This creamy millet pudding with apple and cinnamon is easy to make, tastes delicious, and is the perfect comfort food for any day. Combined with crunchy pistachios, it becomes a real treat – try it!

Ingredients  

  • 100g millet flakes  
  • 350 ml oat milk  
  • 150 g apple puree  
  • 1 apple  
  • ½ tsp cinnamon  
  • 2-3 dates  
  • 1 handful of chopped pistachios

preparation  

  • Peel the apple and cut it into cubes.  
  • Pit the dates and cut them into cubes.  
  • Put millet flakes, oat milk, applesauce, apple, cinnamon, and dates into a pot and bring to a boil.  
  • Then simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.  
  • Remove from heat and let stand for about 15 minutes with the lid closed.  
  • Serve with chopped pistachios.
